We are looking for a Admin Assistant / Operations Generalist with experience working in a professional office environment. This is a multifaceted role that involves overseeing various aspects of a company’s operations and human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the company and will work closely with the executive team to ensure smooth operations and drive business growth.
This is a direct-hire hybrid working position for candidates based in New Jersey. We are looking for candidates that can work at least 25-30 hours each week. We are open to full-time candidates with additional operations/marketing skills. Must be authorized to work in USA. 3rd party agencies and staffing companies will not be considered.
