Job Description:

Invonto is an award-winning digital consulting company. We build innovative digital solutions that deliver digital success and revenue growth for our clients. We have an immediate opening for an admin assistant/operations generalist with 5-7 years of operations administration experience working in a professional office environment in software / tech industry.

This is a part-time position working 20-25 hrs each week. Position allows working remotely. Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA. 3rd party agencies and staffing companies will not be considered.

Here are the qualifications that will make you an excellent fit for this position:

  • 5-7 years of experience working as an office generalist / operations admin / executive assistant for a software / tech company
  • Ability to oversee and manage a virtual operation since our team is working remotely
  • Experience participating in pre-screening process for hiring department
  • Experience with ADP payroll, benefits, and AR / AP administration
  • Experience with Quickbooks for accounting and bank reconciliation
  • A self-starter and organized individual with the ability to work without supervision
  • Experience contributing to sales and marketing projects, website content management, and other areas of business will be a plus
