Job Description:

We are looking for a Admin Assistant / Operations Generalist with experience working in a professional office environment. This is a multifaceted role that involves overseeing various aspects of a company’s operations and human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the company and will work closely with the executive team to ensure smooth operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the company, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Assist with recruitment and training of staff, onboarding, and employee management ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Benefits and compensation: administering employee benefit programs, tracking employee time off, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in administration and operations within a professional office environment, ideally working for a technology or consulting company.
  • Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end tech recruitment experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in full cycle recruitment process, onboarding, training, and employee management that includes onsite and remote teams.
  • Experience developing and implementing operational procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with project management software is a plus.

Additional Details:

This is a direct-hire hybrid working requiring to work 3 days from our office in Bridgewater, New Jersey. We are looking for candidates that can work at least 25-30 hours each week. We are open to full-time candidates with additional operations/marketing skills. Position offers $25 per hour or equivalent salary based on relevant experience and benefits.
